    To get accustomed to drinking water in the recommended amount, Try to preparing the water at your desk instead of biscuits and snacks. If drinking water feel bloated, have a drink when you are thirsty, wake in the morning, eating, during exercise, bring water in the bottle wherever you go. To keep the water taste better try to buy water jugs with filters or add flavor like lemon, apple or cucumber in the water.
